Meet Henri (Hank)
Raised in Northfield, IL, Hank’s love for animals started on his family’s cattle ranch in Nebraska. He studied Ecological Agriculture at the University of Vermont and gained hands-on experience at a poultry farm near Burlington. In 2024, he reconnected with Indian Ridge Farm, where he’d once interned—and now proudly runs his own poultry operation on their land.

We offer pasture raised chicken and turkeys. All of our animals are raised without antibiotics and are hormone-free. We take pride in the care of our animals and the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with the freshest, most delicious poultry products available.

At Hank’s Hens, we raise poultry using regenerative practices that restore soil health and support the environment. Our birds roam freely, eat organic, chemical-free feed, and are never given antibiotics or synthetic additives. The result is protein that you can feel good about- gentle on the planet and nourishing.
